The Suicide Club--Actively Looking For Members

Have you ever thought of committing suicide? Do you know someone who is suicidal and would like to share their story here? All responses will remain confidential and discreet. No real names have to be used,  but I must warn that if you feel you are a danger to yourself or others, you MUST call 911 immediately. 

Ending one's life is not a decision that many take lightly but we are looking for people to share their stories with this blog with the hopes of helping others. You are not alone.

You've thought about it. It runs around and around in the recesses of your mind. It's the thought that no one dare admit they have. From a tiny snippet of an annoyance until it begins to consume you. It eats you up spiritually, emotionally, and esoterically until there is nothing left. Sure the outer shell still remains but no one recognizes who you are anymore. 

The scary part is, you don't know who you are either.
You see it in their eyes.
Plastic smiles
Hiding the truth from loved ones
From those that don't understand.
They call you a coward but the words suicide and coward don't mix.
But you know the truth.

Sorry that you're here,
For you have nothing to be worried about,
There truly is no fear.

We've all thought of ending our lives,
And yet we've survived to face the truth.
WHile looking on at those in admiration,
in pictures, retaining their youth.

For those that are quietly celebrated,
Those that went all the way.
In silence we commemorate our lives,
Their souls we will forever pray.

For they are of a different tribe.
Their thoughts now followed through.
They gave the ultimate sacrifice.
To rid all of what they endured.

Many can't wrap their heads around
A club as macabre as we.
Calmly relax and take a seat
For this truth may set you free.
