Cathriona White, Jim Carrey's girlfriend has just committed suicide, TMZ reports. They were on a short break from each other, according to the gossip website. It was reported that she did write about the break up in the suicide note that she left behind. 

Method: allegedly multiple prescription medications prescribed to Jim Carrey under an alias

Allegedly a scientologist or affiliated with them (not confirmed)

Taken September 19th on her birthday. Jim Carrey broke up with her on the 24th.
